Formerly great, no longer

Downloaded new version, now just quits when I try to go to usage locations. I am still hoping they will REALLY fix this next time.
Previous version: I used to be able to count on this app (iPhone 4S, iOS 7.x) to track my data usage and show me where it was being used. I was even able to call AT&T to complain that my data was being used at locations where I was not using my phone, and that seemed to stop the problem. But the app recently started resetting itself and not recording my data use. I wrote to the developer and was told to download the most recent version. It doesnt seem to be working still. I will edit the review next month if I find that it is working again somehow. Im very disappointed and will be looking for an alternative.
